Removes [simple-git](https://github.com/steveukx/git-js/tree/HEAD/simple-git). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [@datadog/datadog-ci](https://github.com/DataDog/datadog-ci/tree/HEAD/packages/datadog-ci). These dependencies need to be updated together.
