Add DeepInfra as a provider, closing charmbracelet#130. The generator fetches model IDs from the OpenAI-compatible API at https://api.deepinfra.com/v1/openai/models and enriches them with pricing from a knownModels map (the API does not return pricing). Includes 21 popular text/chat models from DeepSeek, Qwen, GLM, Kimi, Llama, NVIDIA Nemotron, and Xiaomi MiMo. 💘 Generated with Crush Assisted-by: Crush:mimo-v2.5
