Add Moonshot.ai (Kimi API Platform) as a provider, closing charmbracelet#296. The generator fetches model IDs from the OpenAI-compatible API at https://api.moonshot.ai/v1/models and enriches them with pricing from a knownModels map (the API does not return pricing). Context window, image support, and reasoning capability are sourced from the API response where available. Includes 10 models: Kimi K2.7 Code (+ Highspeed), Kimi K2.6, Kimi K2.5, and the Moonshot V1 series (8k/32k/128k, text and vision variants). 💘 Generated with Crush Assisted-by: Crush:mimo-v2.5
