Code Review

This pull request updates the list of snapshot providers by renaming 'Tienthuattoan' to 'TTT' for the mainnet provider and removing their testnet snapshot service. The removal of the testnet provider is correct as the service is no longer available. However, I've added a comment suggesting to revert the name change to 'Tienthuattoan' to maintain clarity for users and to fix a Markdown table formatting issue introduced by the change.

Using the abbreviation 'TTT' for 'Tienthuattoan' could be confusing for readers, as the provider's website uses the full name and 'TTT' is not a common abbreviation for it. It's best to use the full name for clarity.

Additionally, the shorter name breaks the column alignment in the raw Markdown table. Using the full name Tienthuattoan fits the column width and keeps the table well-formatted.
