A production-ready TRUE TENSOR PARALLELISM implementation for Keras 3.0, supporting distributed training across multiple devices with automatic parameter sharding, local gradient computation (no all-reduce), and optimizer state sharding.
This project implements true tensor parallelism (not FSDP-style), where:
- Data is REPLICATED across all devices (not sharded)
- Parameters are SHARDED across devices
- Outputs are PARTIAL per shard (no gathering)
- Gradients are LOCAL (no all-reduce needed)
- Optimizer states are SHARDED with parameters
- NO communication between devices during training
