Modified the initial API call during app installation. The API PUT to /DBAcessService.svc/ValidateUser was failing with errror code 400. Modified code to skip that call and immediately call a GET to /DBAcessService.svc/GetSystemsInfo

While trying to move this application from one hub to another I encountered an error and could not get the app to install.
The API PUT to /DBAcessService.svc/ValidateUser after the user enters the username and password was failing with error code 400. I modified the code to skip that call and instead call a GET to /DBAcessService.svc/GetSystemsInfo. That worked and I was able to successfully install the app on my other hub.
