- bican_biolink.yaml: remove generation_date, which has no timezone and so is not a valid date-time. It was inherited by every schema that imports bican_biolink. bican_biolink_edit.py now drops it too, so a regenerated bican_biolink stays valid.
- bke_taxonomy, cell_taxonomy, library_generation: from_schema in slot_usage must be a URI, so replace the short names bican_biolink, bican_prov and bican_core with those schemas' ids.
- ccn2.yaml: give the schema a URI id, and make readonly the text that explains why the slot is read-only (it is a string, not a boolean).
