This PR enables users to set a translation service preference under https://bsky.app/settings/language.
On Android if the user's translation service is not Google Translate, social-app will ignore Android's native Google Translate intent and open the user's browser.
I wanted to include the ability to set custom translation URLs, but
<Select.Root>only acceptsvalueasString. Implementing this would have required more complexity and I think starting small is better to see if the feature is useful.I need someone to please quickly verify iOS/Android is working correctly, but I think this is a good change 🙂
