Async, reqwest-based client for the BlindPay API covering all resources: available, instances (+ terms-of-service, webhook endpoints), partner fees, fees, customers (+ bank accounts), wallets (blockchain/custodial/offramp), virtual accounts, quotes, payins (+ quotes), payouts, transfers (+ quotes), upload (multipart), and Svix webhook signature verification. Shared types live in `common` (open-enum pattern, pagination, scalars). Every method goes through a single transport and ships with unit + wiremock tests (245 passing), with release-plz CI for releases.
commercial_quotation / blindpay_quotation are decimal exchange rates (the API types them z.coerce.number()), but were modeled as i64, so quotes.get_fx_rate and payins.quotes.get_fx_rate failed to decode real responses (e.g. 514.13). Fixes Quote, QuoteFx, PayinQuote, PayinQuoteFx, Payin, and TransferQuote; test fixtures now use float values to guard the contract. Found via live testing against a dev instance.
