TANDYCAT v0.2 - Tandy sound and video patch for Alley Cat

This patch enables the 3-voice sound and custom colour palette of the PCjr
version. The custom colour palette also works with EGA and VGA adapters.

Requirements: ALLEYCAT.EXE (61568 bytes) in the same directory as PATCH.BAT

Usage: PATCH (generates TANDYCAT.COM)

Tested on a TL/2 but may work on other models too.
