The site now leads with “Your router. Your rules.” and an ownership-focused description. A neutral shadcn palette replaces the blue accent, with Geist for body/UI text and Newsreader italic retained for brand display headings. Metadata and the share image use the same positioning.
The landing benchmark becomes one shadcn/Recharts scatter plot comparing nominal API cost per trial and task success for the fixed baseline, BitRouter, and random routing. Direct labels and the linked research methodology keep the comparison readable without two competing charts.
All three feature demos now use the hero's shared terminal renderer and window chrome. They include responsive wrapping, replay, reduced-motion handling, and an initialization fix that preserves output after resizing.
Validation: production build passed (248 pages); 130 tests passed; docs, changelog, generated-table, and whitespace checks passed. Browser checks covered desktop and 320/390px layouts, headline fonts, terminal playback/replay and resizing, and chart labels. Automatic upstream model-price refreshes are excluded from this PR.
