Instead of searching for bitcore.config.json in bitcore/packages/bitcore-node/bitcore.config.json, bitcore/bitcore.config.json, and ~/bitcore.config.json, it uses the environmental variable BITCORE_CONFIG, if the variable does not exits it uses bitcore/bitcore.config.json.
