While security advisories are important to inform development, they are most useful to users. As such having the page under the "development" dropdown next to information about contributing to the project is confusing and makes the page harder to find for people we'd like to reach.

For a security-critical project like Bitcoin Core, it makes sense to have the security advisories page be a main entry in the navigation menu. Furthermore, the development dropdown was not the most appropriate place for the security advisories entry and made it harder to find for users.
