Data subsetting in run_paradigma

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As a user, I would like to have the option to subset data before aggregating, e.g. to only select daytime data. Currently, that option is not available in run_paradigma.

Add the option to subset data in run_paradigma.

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Users can run run_paradigma untill the classification step, then use the functions described in the tutorials to subset the data before aggregating.
• Users can subset their data before running run_paradigma, including the aggregation step.

This is related to #157, but then before aggregating. We might want to consider how a user wants to use datetime selection:

• To subset data before running the pipelines;
• To subset data before quantifying;
• To subset data before aggregating

Etc.
