Add full hardware acceleration support
This PR is desgined to add full hardware acceleration support by adding the Node Discovery Feature and amd gpu support.
Go is not my first language so Chatgpt (Gpt-5) was used to make some of the code. This is currantly WIP so any help would be appericated as this is my for major PR.
