[Readme] [Low Priority] Change PT-BR translator to my new account I removed my old github account to start clean so i'm just updating the Hall of Fame section of the Readme. The owner of this repo can confirm my identity on Discord if he needs it, i think we were exchanging messages in DM's at some point, so send me a message if you need! (if i get some free time i'll try to help with more translation work)
