ARF custom bababooex version

My custom version of flipper automotive research firmware with small changes

Features

Added lrfid_fuzzer app in system apps
Added Renault variants from experimental Flipper-ARF branch by d4rks1d33, currently supporting static code emulation (bcos unknown crypto) - currently untested, works for decoding some .sub files
Reenabled Honda variants (V0 and V1) for experiments
Modified subghz setting_user - added F4 preset for Ford FM and added settings from LTX128

GPL-3.0 and MIT (inherited from Flipper-ARF and LTX128 best settings for key fob)
