workflow_dispatch workflows must exist on the default branch to be dispatchable; the workflow itself runs from the ref it is dispatched on (feat/zilkworm-benchmark until the stacked PR lands).

Registers the dispatch-only Zilkworm Benchmark workflow on the default branch so it can be dispatched via the UI/API. The dispatched run uses the workflow file and code from the selected ref (
feat/zilkworm-benchmarkuntil #673 lands). No effect on existing CI.
