Why would it be desirable to skip the permissions check? Without this, the function may continuously fail and the setup process must be re-run. |

I'm super interested in improving the batch operations to clear down previous batches, which looks like it's in here, but also not sure about the lambda bucket permissions checks. Any chance we can pull these two concepts apart into separate PR's? |
