Installs missing Bolts v1.2.1 library automatically.
This is a very small and simple fix to enable users to build Android without any workarounds based on the Bolts library.
Previously users would have to download the library from:
They would copy it into the Android platform's libs folder, and their project would build.
This pull request fixes that and installs the bolts-android-1.2.1.jar file automatically.
