Jimarc4random should build easily on any POSIX system
that has arc4random(3).

The configuration program is called 'itzev'.
$ ./itzev -help

Use configuration option -bje and Makefile target bje
to build using build-jim-ext.

By default, Jimarc4random will be configured to build
for Jim on OpenBSD.
