Add catboost gbm trainer file

I'd like to contribute to the rosey Data Science Utils package!

I would like to add the following functionality:

• catboost gbm trainer classes to abstract model training
• auto feature selection to ingest a set of features and determine the most useful subset of features via a number of filters (null_fraction, correlation, feature_importances, etc.)
