Attach the app instance to a specific TTY

Hello,
Right now if i run flutter-pi then it draws on the whole screen regardless of the TTY i'm on, If i start the flutter app then change the tty using ALT+F2 then i can see that agetty service is started on that tty getty@tty2, but the flutter app is still drawing on the screen

@moham96 hey, vtty is supported automatically if libseat-dev is installed, try installing that and reconfiguring
it's been a long time since I tested it though. It's possible it has bitrotted a bit.
