Pin webpack to 5.94.0 to fix webpackbar compatibility

Webpack 5.106.2 broke webpackbar 5.0.2's ProgressPlugin options schema (name, color, reporters, reporter are no longer valid). Pinning to 5.94.0 restores compatibility with Docusaurus 2.4.3.
