Adds a link to amule-ec-ts, a from-scratch TypeScript/Node.js client for the EC protocol (zero runtime dependencies), under the existing "Reference Implementations" section.
Protocol assumptions (opcodes, tag layouts, wire format) were verified against the aMule C++ source rather than relying solely on documentation. Announced on GitHub Discussions for context.
