Fixes Issue
This PR fixes the following issues:
1)Replaced deprecated hooks in Banner.js file,Search.js file and made syntactical changes to App.js file according to the latest react-version.
1)In Banner.js file : Replaced useHistory with useNavigate and made changes according to useNavigate uses.
2)In app.js file replaced Switch with Routes as according to the latest version of react.Also modified code according to latest version of react.
3)In search.js file replaced useHistory with useNavigate and made changes accordingly.
4)Replaced usage of defactored hooks according to latest react version in package.json
