I have left existing code in the Else so that it is executed on older versions of Redmine, but did not test with older Redmines.
In particular, I applied Redmine 5.0.3 changes on app/views files, so it might not be compatible with Redmine 3.4 or 4.0 anymore.
On Redmine 5.0.3, the plugin gets loaded, shows the Hidden capacity in the workflow, and hidden fields are properly hidden.
I'm publishing these changes for people using Redmine 5.0 and who would like to have the hidden fields features.
