This MR adds an new Auto Settings for turrets that enables or disables them after a specified amount of time has elapsed. This feature was highly request by my clan.
Example use case, you have a SAM site on a smart switch that can be disabled by a
!sam offcommand. You want the SAM sites to automatically turn back on after 5 minutes without having to specify!sam off 5mevery single time.
