It seems RbConfig was introduced somewhere around Ruby 2.0. So now that Ruby 3.1 is around its predecessor Config should be ready to be dropped.

This is an attempt at making systemu compatible with Ruby 3. Instead of trying to adjust the frozen
Process::Statusinstance it introduces theSystemU::Resultclass which is a thin wrapper around theProcess::Statusinstance.To verify that the behaviour stays near constant an additonal testcase is being added too.
