Root cause:
smoothRenderwas adding content with delayed animations but not maintaining scroll position, causing autoscroll to stop working when new content arrived.Solution: Added scroll maintenance in
smoothRenderafter content updates. Also moved scroll logic fromindex.jstomessages.jswhere it belongs as discussed.
