<style>in<head>to the inlinestyleattribute of the<img>and replacing the CSS with Booktype's CSS (https://github.com/booktype/Booktype/blob/master/lib/booktype/convert/epub/cover.py).In the output, only affects EPUB/cover.xhtml.
