* delegate hreflang sitemap logic to milo shared module with sessionStorage caching * inline hreflang sitemap caching into head.html, removing milo dependency * wrap hreflang logic in IIFE to keep helper functions out of global scope * evict stale locale sitemap entries from sessionStorage on locale switch
