flwr ls without arguments fails because it tries to connect to a SuperLink that isn't running yet. flwr --version correctly triggers init_flwr_config() via the CLI callback without requiring a SuperLink.
The old 'mnist' dataset name on HuggingFace is no longer available. Use the canonical 'ylecun/mnist' dataset name instead.
