currently text input is hardcoded to a US keyboard (as are the keycodes) but I don't see a very easy way around it
SDL code now requires the
NXDK_USB_ENABLE_HIDenvvar to be defined when libusbochi is compiled and I don't see an easy way around that either besides always compiling the HID subsystem.
