Adds a
php bin/update-html-api.phpscript to automatically updatecomponents/HTMLclasses with the latest stable versions from the most recent WordPress major release. It also automatically adds thenamespacedeclaration andusedeclarations. It could be useful for distributing the HTML API as a namespaced composer package – we'd just need a CI job to create a new PR whenever it detects an upstream change.WIP
