Individual gallery does not load in Chrome, Safari, or Edge #1449
Description
Expected behavior
- Go to individual page
- Click "View all images..."
- Page displays all images of the individual
Current behavior
- Go to individual page
- Click "View all images..."
- Page displays "No image available" message.
QA notes
Reported and replicated in Snail Wildbook. It appears to affect only specific individuals, possibly browser-specific? Logged in as the reporting user, it displayed images in Brave and Firefox, but not in Chrome, Safari, or Edge.
Testing in my own account as an Admin did not impact whether the results displayed in Safari, Chrome, or Edge when looking up the same individual "006_achmus_makw_2023". Switching back to the user's account, the "No image available" message appeared. Verified that the reporting user owns several encounters of the individual. Contact me for the users' details for testing.

@erinz2020 I'll message you the user's account details because it isn't happening if you're logged in with admin perms. If that makes it less of a front end issue, we can wrangle @JasonWildMe to take over.
