Closing as obsolete.

This branch targets a release line that is no longer maintained, and its translations were checked against the current state before closing. Mapping the old key scheme (settings.*) onto the current one (options.*) resolves cleanly, and the result is:

• every unit that still applies already exists in the maintained branches
• the entries missing there belong to the Owl renderer, which was removed in 13.3.0
• the few differing values are older and weaker — English left untranslated in German files (Slide, Stop, Auto, Universal Slider / Carousel), Flex Slider instead of FlexSlider, missing hyphens in German compounds (Outro Animation)

Meanwhile all 27 languages have been filled in on release/v13 and release/v14, so there is no gap for this branch to close.

Please re-sync the Crowdin project against the current maintained branches.
