Error after updating to 13.1.7

I'm getting an error after updating from 13.0.2 to 13.1.7.

TypoScript:
main = {$cssRootPath}/style.scss
main.outputfile = {$cssRootPath}/style.css

TYPO3: 13.4.27

Same issue here... After Updating from 13.0.1 to 13.1.7
