After making changes, .vimrc file must be sourced.

After adding the required configuration code in the Vimrc file, plugins that were referenced in the config were not loaded.
Only after sourcing the vimrc file, the plugins began working:
Source ~/.vimrc
Plugins:
NERDtree
NERDtreeToggle
