添加 spring actuator，暂时将 elasticsearch 端点禁用
集成 micrometer 暴露 prometheus 指标
集成 spring security 对 /actuator/prometheus 接口鉴权

啥意思啊

想加个监控看看接口性能什么的，这里是暴露prometheus指标，自行接入prometheus配置一下即可
