The Settings page labeled the global trading mode controls as “Agent Permissions” and placed them under Agents. Move the entry directly below Overview in General, call it “Mode” in the sidebar and page, and update related help text in all four locales. Existing
/settings/agent-permissionslinks remain valid.Validation: UI build passed; rendered the demo Settings route and opened Mode. Focused Settings, Mode page, and Trading-as-Git specs passed. The broad changed-file test run was stopped at the maintainer's request after its initial run exposed a test-only grouping assertion, which was corrected and passed in the focused run.
