  • Participated in an in vivo neuronal recording project. Correlated key neuronal activity metrics with animal feeding behaviors and intake data.
  • Developed Python scripts for data processing and analysis, quantifying the relationship between neuronal activity and feeding behavior. Visualized experimental data using Matplotlib and Seaborn.
  • Built an automated data processing pipeline, enabling researchers to automatically analyze subsequent similar datasets.
