Fixed version conflict: Changed pip install -U "huggingface_hub[cli]" To pip install -U "huggingface_hub[cli]<1.0,>=0.19.3" This keeps it compatible with your tokenizers (0.15.2) and transformers (4.39.2) packages Simplified to use hf command: Removed the fallback logic checks Changed huggingface-cli to hf throughout Set HF_CMD="hf" directly
