Add new proteomics analysis for review

This PR adds the proteomics-transcriptomics analysis with the CPTAC data.
A lot of new data is now downloaded with kerblam data fetch.

It still needs a bit of work:

• We should consider if the log2 data is appropriate for comparisons;
• A new kerblam workflow/container combo should be used to run the analysis;
