Purpose of this pull request

This pull request adds a new section in this article:

Select the type of change

• Minor Changes - Typos, formatting, slight revisions
• Update Content - Revisions, updating sections
• New Content - New features, sections, pages, tutorials
• Site and Tools - .clabot, version updates, maintenance, dependencies, new packages for the site (Docusaurus, Gatsby, React, etc.)

But maybe we should also add a screenshot of what it looks like when you select all insights. The current screenshot only shows what it would look like when you select a few out of the 20 insights displayed on UI, but with this feature users have the option to select all (upto 5000) on UI as shown here (the select all 1701 items button):
