* Copies the changes made in MAPetitionToSealEviction to let people register an account in the same interview that they are completing, without a new tab. * Makes users confirm that they have activated their email when registering a new account. * adds `name_fields_with_defaults` so users don't have to type their name twice * uses an `efiling_system_name` to refer to the specific name of the court e-filing system, i.e. eFileMA

Specfically uses MA court terms. Not yet in EFSPIntegration though, needs SuffolkLITLab/docassemble-EFSPIntegration#308 to be merged first.
