We discussed this change as a group and everyone seemed like they were on the same page, so I'll probably merge as long as the tests pass. |

After updating the changelog, the tests failed the manual GitHub+You tests. |

The manual tests with the Playground are still sometimes failing. They don't seem to be failing any worse than anything else right now, though, so I'm merging to keep trying to hunt down the problem. |
