  • sync deps from st2.git
  • unpin st2flake8
  • Switch from Travis up GHA (and test w/ more python versions)
  • switch from nose to pytest
  • upgrade required python

Once this is merged, I will tag v0.3.0 and deploy a wheel to pypi.
