In redis/redis#14402, XREADGROUP gains a CLAIM mode for simplified consumption.

core API proposal
integration tests

Status: "probably works, waiting on test server"

Approach:

add (overload) TimeSpan? claimMinIdleTime arg to StreamReadGroup[Async]
add DeliveryCount and IdleTime to StreamEntry (and a new .ctor)
