Fixes production styling for the donate button and footer centering by adding resilient CSS fallbacks.
These changes address production-only styling issues where cached or stale CSS caused the donate button to be malformed and the "Brand guidelines" footer text to be uncentered. Adding backward-compatible classes and inline styles ensures correct rendering even if external CSS assets lag.
